LTD. (In Liquidation). The onsite public auction sale was very well attended with buyers attending the auction sale from all over Australia. Auctioneer Terry Kirkham said, "This auction was difficult as so many factors had to be taken into account. The business was nearly sold before the auction after our national marketing campaign had taken place and our office was receiving phone calls even the day before the auction as people were being told the auction was off, our website site has tracked the enquiry rate and the public were updated at all times that the auction was on. The turnout at the auction was very good, buyers flying in and driving to Hervey Bay from all over the country and the locals were also on hand.
