About Global
Peter has been regarded in a court of law as one of the most experienced Valuers and Auctioneers in Australia. Commencing in 1958 on the auction room floor as a 17 year old with J.W Styles based in Melbourne, today Peter is a highly skilled practical valuer whom is highly sought after in the valuation and asset realization industry. In 1973 Peter was appointed as General Manager of Lawson’s Auctioneers and Valuers in Sydney where his role was to set up the industrial and machinery division of Lawsons servicing Insolvency, Corporate and Government industries. After a successful stint over a 4 year campaign, Peter returned to Melbourne as a senior valuer/ Auctioneer of plant and machinery with Fowles Purdy now known as Mainhelm Fowles. In 1981 Peter and co worker Peter Purdy formed Purdy Kirkham and Associates whom specialized in plant and machinery valuations with onsite and in rooms public auction and tender sale services working for major Insolvency, Financiers and Government departments. After retiring as a business owner in 1993, Peter commenced working full time with Global, (formally Kirkhams Asset Solutions) in 1995 as a senior valuer and manager concentrating on servicing clients in the Insolvency, Finance, Government and Corporate industries working on major valuation and Realization projects. Today Peter is a Senior Valuation Manager for Global working on major projects Australia wide whilst overseeing the Melbourne office of Global. Highly qualified with practical experience, Peter is highly motivated to provide our clients with a professional service in all projects.
