Global Business Auctioneers and Valuers Pty Ltd were formed in 1993 in Melbourne Australia originally trading as Terry M Kirkham and Associates and later Kirkhams Asset Solutions. The company started with two staff and by the year 2000 had grown to 12 full time staff and 22 casual staff. The company became very successful in this time operating with a valuation business, onsite auction business, in-rooms business with 3 divisions, transport services and security services for all types of asset protection.

In 2001 the company moved to corporate offices in Melbourne’s CBD. Merging the auction room side of the business with an independent auction room becoming in-rooms asset managers on behalf of our clients so the company could focus physically more on the valuation practice and the on-site auction sale business. In 2001 the firm became Global Business Auctioneers and Valuers Pty Ltd. The company completed 3 major valuations and then followed them with major public onsite auction sales realizing over 10 million dollars that year just in those three appointments, which is not including other valuations and 11 onsite auctions completed that year.

In 2008 Managing Director Terry Kirkham moved to Brisbane to expand the company’s operations whilst seeking further opportunities in the Australian market place.

Today, Global has developed its head office in Brisbane Australia and is focused on delivering expert valuation and realization results for Insolvency, Legal, Accounting, Company Directors, Government and Corporate cliental specializing in all types of business industry and personal non realty assets Australia wide. Since 2008 Global has successfully completed many large and medium sized valuation and realisation projects throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. With a growing professional client base in Queensland, Sydney and established client base in Melbourne, Global is a proven specialized boutique business that is young, dynamic and very energetic providing professional services based on true value, independence and success driven results.
