Global Asset Realization Services is a commission fee structured service and we only charge our out of pocket expenses with NO mark up charges. All of our out of pocket charges and commission rates are fully descriptive to you in writing prior to our appointment of each task. This means Global has an invested interest in the sale task to return you the highest value possible as it also affects our bottom line return. Global details to you all of the assets that are sold and or not sold and the account sales are paid to you from our independently audited trust account. All banking and insurance queries are able to be answered in the Global capability statement.
Auction Room services are realization services that our clients can rely on. When our clients require assets to be removed to in house auction room facilities, Global then secure the assets and arrange and remove the assets to our non competitor independent in house auction room agents. Once instructed to realize the assets, Global then become asset managers on behalf our clients and our in-rooms agents realize the assets bye public auction whilst working in conjunction with Global.
